Physical Measurement
Overview
The Physical Measurement section allows you to record and manage structured body measurements for a patient.

This section is used for tracking measurable physical parameters such as:
• Height
• Weight
• BMI
• Body circumferences
• Other structured body metrics
These records help providers monitor physical development, detect abnormal trends and evaluate overall health condition over time.
Each measurement is stored as a structured entry and becomes part of the patient’s longitudinal medical record.
This section is designed for ongoing monitoring, not one time documentation.
