Providers

Overview

The Providers page is where you can find and work with doctors in a very simple and direct way.

When you open this page, you see a list of providers along with basic information like their name, specialty, location, and nearest available time slots, so you can quickly understand who they are without opening anything. At the top of the page, you have a search bar and filters that help you narrow down the list based on what you are looking for, and the list updates instantly as you type or change filters. The page is also divided into tabs (All, Followers, Following) so you can easily switch between different groups of providers depending on your relationship with them.

In simple terms, you use this page to find the right provider, check what they do, see when they are available, book appointments, follow them to stay connected, and chat, call, or share files with them — all in one place.

One very useful feature is that each provider card shows their nearest available time slots, allowing you to quickly pick a time and start booking without extra steps. If you need more details, you can click on a provider to open their profile, where you can see full information and take actions like following them, booking appointments, or starting communication. Following a provider is important because it enables chat and helps you stay connected with them. Once connected, you can send messages, share files, or start voice and video calls directly inside the system. Overall, this page is designed to help you go from finding a provider to interacting with them as quickly and smoothly as possible, without needing to move between different sections.

How to Access the Providers Page

You can open the Providers page in the following ways:

  • From the Sidebar
    1. Click Providers in the left sidebar menu.

  • From the Dashboard

    1. Click the Start Call button.

2. From the menu that appears, select Pick a participant.

Page Structure

When you open the Providers page, everything is organized in a way that helps you find and choose a provider without confusion. Each part of the page has a clear purpose, so once you understand it, working with the page becomes very easy.

Tabs

At the top of the page, you will see three tabs. These tabs help you control which providers you are looking at.

  • All

This shows every provider in the system. Use this when you want to explore or find someone new.

  • Followers

This shows providers who follow you. This is useful if someone has already connected with you.

  • Following

This shows providers you have chosen to follow. These are usually the providers you work with or want quick access to.

The Followers and Following tabs show the number of providers in brackets, for example Following (20).

When you click on any of these tabs, the list changes immediately.

There is no loading step or extra action needed.

Search and Filters

At the top of the page, you also have tools to help you find providers faster.

  • Search bar
    • Click the search (magnifier) icon to open the search box.
    • You can type a provider’s name, specialty, or service.
    • As you type, the list updates automatically.

  • Specialty filter (All Specialties)
    • Use this when you are looking for a specific type of provider, like cardiology or radiology.
    • It removes providers that are not related to that field.

  • Location filter (All Locations)
    • Use this to narrow down providers based on location.
    • This is helpful if you want someone in a specific region.

You do not need to click a search button.

Everything updates instantly as you type or select filters.

Providers List

This is the main part of the page where you see all providers.

Each provider is shown in a card with simple and useful information:

  • Provider name, occupation and specialty
  • Email
  • Location
  • Nearest available time slots

This means you can quickly scan the list and decide without opening each profile.

Quick availability

Each provider card shows the Nearest Available Time Slots (for example, Today, Oct 14) right below the provider’s details.

For example, you might see times like 10:00 or 10:30.

This allows you to:

  • Quickly check availability
  • Choose a time
  • Start booking immediately

You do not need to open the provider profile just to see available times.

This makes the process faster and easier, especially when you are comparing multiple providers.

Steps

This section explains the most common things you will do on the Providers page.

If you follow these steps, you can easily find a provider, check availability, and start working with them.

Find a provider

Instead of scrolling through the whole list, you can quickly narrow it down.

1. Open the Providers page

2. Click the search icon at the top and type the provider’s name, specialty, or service

3. If needed, use filters:

  • Select a specialty to limit results to a specific field
  • Select a location to focus on a specific area

4. Watch the list update automatically as you type or change filters

  • You do not need to click anything to apply the search
  • The system filters results for you in real time

5. Look through the updated list and find the provider you need
