Oracle EMR

Overview

Oracle EMR integration lets you connect your Oracle Health electronic medical record system to Telemedicall.

You can use this integration to access patient medical information from Oracle directly inside Telemedicall. This helps you review patient records without switching between systems.

After connecting, you can:

  • Search Oracle patients
  • Connect Oracle patients to Telemedicall patients
  • View medical information available through Oracle
  • Access clinical records such as conditions and medications

How to Access Oracle EMR

Follow these steps to open Oracle EMR:

1. Go to the left sidebar and click Oracle EMR

2. You will see the Oracle EMR page

You can open the connection window in two ways:

Method 1

1. Go to the Oracle EMR page. If Oracle is not connected, the page shows Oracle is currently disconnected

2. Click Go to Settings in the middle of the page

Method 2

1. Go to the left sidebar and click Apps

2. Find Oracle EMR Connector in the list or search for it

3. Click Connect on the Oracle EMR Connector app

After either method, the connection window will open on your screen.

8. Click Test Connection

After clicking:

  • If the information is correct, you will see Connection test successful
